Knowing my case is not a large "money maker"... I didn't expect much, but, Mr. Holliday has gone above and beyond what i expected when starting my case. Julie was very attentive during the "waiting" periods. I only called a handful of times but she was extremely thorough and answered all questions promptly. Mr. Holliday has continued to guide and assist me. I have had 2 separate phone consultations with him following my "favorable decision", and with each call, he took the time to address all of my concerns and i never felt rushed off the call!
